What we collect
For a community expression of interest: a first name, a suburb, how you're interested, an optional number of children who may be interested in playing, optional age brackets, optional areas of interest, an optional email address and optional comments. For a business expression of interest: a contact first name, business name, suburb, industry, how the business might support the club, and contact details so we can reply.
Why we collect it
To understand the real level of community interest in establishing a junior rugby league club for Sylvania & Sylvania Waters. Aggregated figures may be shared with relevant organisations to demonstrate community demand — never individual details.
An EOI is not a registration
Submitting an expression of interest is not player registration and creates no commitment for you, your child or your business.
Children's information
We do not ask for children's names, dates of birth, contact details, schools or addresses. We only ask how many children may be interested and roughly what age brackets, so we can understand potential player demand.
Contact details and marketing
Email is optional on the community form. You are not automatically added to any marketing list. If you supply an email we may send occasional updates about the proposal only.
Website activity
We record anonymous website activity — pages viewed, buttons clicked and which outreach link brought someone to the site — to understand what is working. This is not linked to your identity.
